Energy work is a way of shifting and balancing the subtle energy in and around your body to promote a sense of balance and well-being. During a healing/energy session, I’ll help you release blocked energy and clear patterns that hold you back. Using intuitive guidance and energy clearing techniques, you’ll find relief from anxiety, fatigue, and emotional pain. After a session, you'll feel lighter, more at peace, and empowered to move forward with more joy in your life. Sessions may include, but are not limited to, channeling, sound bowls, guided meditation and more
