What if a gentle touch could dissolve stress and transform your mindset?
Service Description: Access Bars is a set of 32 points on the head which, when lightly touched, stimulate positive change in the brain and defragment the electro-magnetic components of stress, thought and emotions. This gentle, non-invasive technique works on releasing both physical and mental blocks stored in the body and helps facilitate greater ease in all different areas of life (i.e. motivation, clarity, relaxation, anxiety, stress to name a few) Immediately after a session you will feel relaxed, balanced and at ease.

SACRED HEALING/
ENERGY WORK
Is stress, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm leaving you feeling spiritually & emotionally drained?
Service Description: During a healing/energy work session, I’ll help you release blocked energy and clear patterns that hold you back. Using intuitive guidance and energy clearing techniques, you’ll find relief from anxiety, fatigue, and emotional pain. After a session, you'll feel lighter, more at peace, and empowered to move forward with more joy in your life. Sessions may include, but are not limited to, channeling, sound bowls, guided meditation, reiki and more.

SOUND BATH

Service Description: In an intuitive reading and guidance session, we’ll dive into the messages and energies surrounding you to uncover clarity and guidance. Through a blend of intuition and the wisdom of the Tarot and Oracle cards, you will gain fresh perspectives on your path forward. This session is designed to leave you feeling empowered, aligned, and ready to embrace what’s next.
Service Description: A sound bath is an immersive meditation experience where participants are bathed in soothing sound waves produced by various instruments. These soothing and tranquil sounds foster deep relaxation while providing holistic rejuvenation to the senses.

Channeled Reading: Letter
Curious about what the universe is trying to tell you?
Service Description: In your personalized letter, I will channel and share messages and intuitive guidance from the Divine, your higher self, and your spiritual team. The insights that come through will often relate to situations you’re currently experiencing, offering clarity and action steps to support you on your self-healing journey. This letter will be a meaningful and cherished message you can revisit whenever you need reassurance, clarity, or a reminder of your own inner wisdom.
